Private Sector Investment

Over €500m of private sector investment at Penrose Dock, Horgan’s Quay, Navigation Square and Albert Quay have transformed the area and supported the creation of c.6,000 jobs. There is planning approval for developments that provide further capacity for an additional 5,000 jobs and more than 3,000 residential units
